Back and neck pain is complex and elusive. The path to treatment can be long and frustrating as various specialists are consulted and different opinions gathered. The Spine Center at Tucson Orthopaedic Institute brings together many talents on a medical team, to eliminate red tape and find effective solutions for patients in a timely fashion.

The Spine Team includes fellowship-trained orthopaedic spine surgeons, and non-surgical specialists in preventive/occupational medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation. With state-of-the-art diagnostics and a range of experience in one location, the Spine Team can more confidently decide how to best approach each individual's condition.

Many types of back pain can be treated non-surgically. Medication, physical therapy, and nutrition are important elements in spinal care. If surgery is recommended, patients and their families can be sure they are in skilled, expert hands.

The Spine Center provides services at all four Tucson Orthopaedic locations. Please call 520-784-6200 to schedule an appointment, or use our online appointment form.
