Problems Viewing our site?

The Tucson Orthopaedic Institute site is designed to take advantage of the current best practices in "Web Standards". These standards were developed and are continually updated so the Web will work better for everyone. New browsers and Web technologies generally support these standards; older browsers typically do not.

If you are having difficulty viewing the site,usually it is because you are using an old version of your browser. Below are some suggested solutions:

• Are you using Internet Explorer 6 (IE6) or older versions as your browser?  The current Web Standards are not interpreted properly by Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 and older unsupported versions of the browser. You may be using a version which does not take advantage of the latest design and security features available. We suggest downloading the latest version of Internet Explorer if you have the ability to do so. Upgrading your browser will give you a higher level of security and better protect your personal information. In addition, it will improve your web experience, enabling you to use and view our site and others as intended
• Are you having trouble viewing our video content or downloading pdf files from the site?  You may be missing the free readers and players required for viewing and downloading. Visit Adobe's website to download and install Adobe Reader to access pdf files from our site, and Adobe Flash Player to access educational animations and video.
