Bunion Correction with Scarf and Akin Osteotomy

Bunion Correction with Scarf and Akin Osteotomy is used to correct a bunion, a deformity of the joint at the base of the big toe. The Foot & Ankle specialists of Tucson Orthopaedic Institute can remove portions of bone that form the bunion and then position the bone closer to the second toe.
