STAY ALERT FOR PHONE SCAMS

Patients in Tucson community: We are receiving reports of an increase in the ‘spoofing’ or ‘faking’ of TOI phone numbers in the community. If you receive a call on your phone that appears to be from Tucson Orthopaedic Institute and may even appear as (520) 324-xxxx or (520) 784-xxxx, please be wary of anyone asking for personal information or trying to sell you something. If you are suspicious about a call like this please report to centurylink.fraud@centurylink.com. Include the number that you saw on your caller ID, the number they called that you answered, and a specific date and time.
