What is MyHealth@TucsonOrtho Patient Portal?
Tucson Orthopaedic Institute is proud to offer the Follow My Health portal to our patients. This secure and free-to-use portal is a revolutionary, new way for you to take an active part in managing your health care.
Using an internet connected device, the Follow My Health Portal allows you to manage your health care needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Here are just a few of the things the Follow My Health Portal allows you to do:
- Securely view your health care records and share your records with people whom you have selected, like family members and health care providers
- Send secure messages to your health care provider at any time without having to consider business hours or having to wait on hold
- Access your most recent list of diagnoses and medications
- Actively update any allergies you have or new medications you are taking
- Request appointments and prescription refills during business hours or after hours

I was pleased with the service I received from Elsa Esquivel [in patient accounts]. She helped me with activating my Medicare card for traveling out of state. Dr. Anctil, Ana and Steve gave me the best customer service. If I had a problem, I would call Ana and she would return my call the same day. My foot has never been better. I am happy with the work Dr. Anctil gave me. I got my bandages wet and they smelled bad so I went to the office and Steve changed out the bandages for a cast on my foot. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the checkout ladies.
